We are hiring a Clinical Director to join our team at Abraxas Academy in Morgantown, PA.
As the Clinical Director, you will be an integral part of our behavioral healthcare team helping at-risk adolescents BUILD BETTER FUTURES.
Must have current licensure in PA as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or higher-level credential.
Preference will be given to Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Abraxas Academy is located minutes off of Exit 298 of the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Berks County and provides detention and treatment services for court committed youth.
Salary Range:

Devising strategies and plans for the clinical department according to company standards for excellent service and growth.
Assuming responsibility of budgeting and resourcingPlanning and overseeing all patient care or administrative operations and programs.
Develops and oversees facility operational policies and procedures in accordance with appropriate standards, rules, regulations, to ensure regulatory compliance.
Coordinates interfacing of clinical services with educational, medical, community services, family services, and the training departmentPrepares appropriate reports and correspondence of all treatment services in a timely manner to ensure regulatory compliance and in accordance with applicable standards of care.
Assesses and monitors service resource utilization and assists with performance improvement process.
Ensures that programming and services are appropriate to meet the needs of the clients of the facility.
Minimum Requirements:
Master's Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in medicine, chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a specialty in nursing/health administration, nursing/counseling education or a clinical specialty in the human services), public administration, or other related field and 3 years of experience in a human service agency, which includes supervision of others, direct service and program planning.
Must have current licensure in PA as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or higher-level credential.
Ability to participate and maintain Safe Crisis Management (SCM) certification.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
