Job Description The Human Resource Generalist will assist in the development and execution of HR strategies in several functional areas to advance business objectives and provide high quality HR services for TIMET's Morgantown, HR functional areas to include employee relations, recruitment, law compliance, records management and analysis of human capital data for reports, plans, policies and procedures. Experience:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management of related field, 5-7 years of progressive HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment and/or administrative level experience with emphasis on basic HR fundamentals. Desired Skills:
Desire for continual learning and advancement Demonstrated competence in thinking strategically, analytically, conceptually, and innovatively Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities Excellent communication (verbal and written), organization, problem resolution, and presentation skills Computer skills, including all MS Office applications, Experience with dealing with confidential and sensitive issues HRIS databases - SAP experience. HR certification (PHR) a plus Union avoidance experience preferred Relocation Full Relocation is authorized for this position.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
