The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing product knowledge, and assisting customers with their purchases.
Our ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
The Retail Sales Associate will also be responsible for stocking shelves, organizing merchandise displays, and helping to maintain the overall appearance of the store.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection.
Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist customers with product inquiries and special orders.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Answer customer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
Suggest additional merchandise to customers to increase store sales.
