Beginning in 1991, Ford went to the 4.
6 liter DOHC modular engine which replaced the 5 liter.
It had more power and was more fuel efficient.
Exterior In the age of designer cars, it was not unusual to order a two-tone car to stand out a bit from the crowd.
This car does just that with spectacular China Blue Metallic on top and Medium Aquamarine Metallic covering the rocker panel below the body molding.
The clear coat looks showroom fresh indicating the main caretaker of the car over the years was meticulous.
Body colored bumper covers were used for '93 and our car has unique two-tone coverage at both ends.
As always, the Town Car has a prominent chrome grille which has a regalness to it, while the split taillights are joined by a reflective bar that underlines the trunk and houses the reverse lights, elegant in its design.
The rear quarter windows give it the air of a limousine and the chrome underlays to the black door handles are a unique styling cue.
The 15-inch geometric aluminum spoke wheels were standard for the car and are in fantastic condition.
Our consignor states that the windows have been tinted with 3M ceramic tint.
Interior Lovely Aquamarine door panels greet you with a padded leather armrest, wood applique on the control panel with chrome switches, and a carpeted bottom panel.
The Aquamarine leather split buckets have bolstering pillow pads and individual armrests for each occupant.
The driver's seat shows some mild wear with crease marks but is in excellent condition with no tears.
The back bench is pristine.
A blue padded steering wheel houses some functional buttons and shares the steering column with the column shifter.
The dash, backed by faux wood, consists of three square gauges that display in a colorful array of digital numbers and graphics.
Quintessential 90's! The climate control also has a digital display, and an aftermarket radio has been added that has Apple Carplay, Android Auto, and Bluetooth.
The consignor states the original radio will be included for the next owner.
The plush blue carpet is in excellent condition as is the headliner.
