Vehicle Description 1923 Ford T-Bucket Greasers are a youth subculture that was popularized in the 1950s to 1960s by predominantly working class and lower-class teenagers and young adults in the United States.
The subculture remained prominent into the mid-1960s and was particularly embraced by certain ethnic groups in urban areas, particularly Italian-Americans and Hispanic-Americans.
Rock and roll music, rockabilly and doo-wop were major parts of the culture.
The word greaser originated in the 19th century in the United States as a derogatory label for poor laborers.
The term was later used to refer to mechanics.
It was not used in writing to refer to the American subculture of the mid-20th century until the mid-1960s because of their characteristic greased-back hair.

Exterior What else but maroon, (like a glistening ruby), would adorn the spot on replicated fiberglass on this unit? A climb in for the passengers to have access to the bucket is needed as look ma, no doors, just some body lines to highlight where the doors should be.
Old style chromed 7-inch round sealed beam headlights flank the polished chrome surrounded radiator.
Seen are chromed tie rods, front-end rear chromed radius rods, shiny steering rods, chrome suspension springs and no fenders to cover the 15 polished Weld ProStar wheels up front.
This mixes with, and highlights, the maroon beautifully, and is nearly so bright you'll need Wayfarers.
More polished 15-inch Weld ProStar wheels are on the rear, also fenderless, flanking the small but effective tan tonneau topped bed that hovers above the pinstriped and Von Dutch eyeball wearing tail gate.
Down low in the rear are the twin chrome bezel teardrop style tail lights just above The End labeled rear axle.
Interior Using the provided passenger side step plate to climb inside, we rear ourselves in tan ultraleather seat fabric which covers the back of the seat as well.
A smooth large rounded top tan colored bumper is surrounding the tub and makes getting in and out safer, (if you get my drift!).
In front, a simple maroon painted dash face with white face Classic Instruments gauges and a brown leather rimmed rally steering wheel is fronting all this ultraleather.
Clean gold carpeting floods the floors and a long Lokar shifter reaches for the driver and has a silver door knob style topper.
Drivetrain A big 350ci Chevrolet V8 with chrome coated headers and chrome side pipes will wake up the neighbors when you arrive home.
Mirror polished and ribbed valve covers flank the polished Edelbrock intake manifold and single Weber 4-barrel carburetor that reside under a polished and bird catcher air cleaner assembly.
All this energy runs to the rear tires via a TH350 3-speed automatic with a Ford 8 rear axle.
WOW is what you see, and WOW WOW is what you'll get.
Undercarriage No rust here, just plenty of black for the frame and flooring along with some chromed suspension parts up front are showing nicely.
Otherwise black painted steel and fiberglass provides the structure for the bucket, and shows no rust whatsoever.
Transverse leaf springs for the front suspension with disc brakes, and for the back, ladder bars with coil overs and more discs for the brakes.
Drive-Ability This baby rocks for the test drive and if you take someone with you it is highly recommended you have them don a diaper and bring an air distress bag just in case you don't want to soil theultraleather! Actually, it ran fab and with the polished and chromed engine racking off for the whole neighborhood to hear.
Just a beautiful and technically sound build with great paint, gobs of chrome, blingy wheels, fiberglass tub and theplush ultraleather is to die for.
That wonderfully put together mill in front does not hurt either.
This is definitely the T bucket to end all other T buckets.
